Located on the Stotts Festival Grounds in the Okanogan Highlands next to the Colville National Forest, the Kettle River Music Festival takes place July 31-August 2, 2026 at 5 Vulcan Mountain Rd, Curlew, WA 99118. Camping opens Thursday at 4 PM. Festival gates open Friday at noon for all ticket holders.
We focus on bluegrass, old-time, folk, Americana, and acoustic roots music. Music runs on the Stotts stage from noon to 9 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 4:30 PM on Sunday, plus the Friday night street dance from 4:30 to 8:30 PM. Jam sessions and a Sunday gospel jam round out the weekend.
Absolutely! Kids 12 and under attend free with a paid adult ticket. No workshops or dedicated activity areas, but face painting and fun stuff await in the vendor village.
Camping does not come with the weekend pass; it is added to your cart separately. Festival tent sites are $15 for the weekend and Festival RV spaces without hookups are $25. Festival tent and RV camping is open Thursday 4 PM through Monday 12 PM. Camping at the adjacent Stotts RV Park offers limited hookups and may be reserved separately by calling (509) 207-0011. Restrooms and showers available. All spaces are first come, first served. No campfires, no dump stations and no tent spots near the main stage. See our Camping page for full details.

Only certified service animals are allowed anywhere on the festival grounds. Pets are permitted with a Stotts RV Park hookup site.
Sunscreen, hat, reusable water bottle, camp chair, warm layers, comfortable shoes. Bring cash — no ATMs on-site.
Cell service is spotty. There is no free Wi-Fi available. Download directions and tickets before arriving.
Tickets are refundable until 30 days before the festival. After that, tickets may be transferred to another person.
